What permissions Notra uses and when.

Notra requests optional permissions only when the related feature is launched by the user.

Permissions in use

Internet for authentication, sync, billing, and AI requests.

Notifications when browser or in-app notifications are enabled.

Microphone for voice capture or speech-command flows.

File or media selection for avatar, community image, or document upload flows.

Clipboard for copy-link actions.

Google Drive and Calendar access is used only after the user connects and actively uses those integrations.

Background location is not used, and microphone permission is not required for the core product.

Optional permissions can usually be denied unless the related feature requires them to function.
