Google Sign-In uses only basic identity scopes. Calendar access is requested with calendar.events only when the user connects that feature, and Drive/Sheets access uses drive.file so access is limited to files the user selects, creates, or explicitly uses with GoBasey.
Google OAuth tokens are used only to maintain the requested integration. Tokens stored server-side are encrypted, and refresh tokens are not returned to the browser.
Information received from Google Workspace scopes is not sold or used for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, or to create, train, or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models, and it is not transferred for those purposes.
GoBasey's use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data is used for authentication, sync, billing, user-initiated integration features, abuse prevention, and support.
After a deletion or disconnection request, data is deleted, anonymized, or made inaccessible in line with retention obligations, subject to any legally required retention.
