Language and applicable rights

This English version is provided for customers outside Turkey. For customers in Turkey the Turkish version of this document applies.

Nothing in this document limits the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live. Where those rights give you more protection, they apply.

1. The service

GoBasey is a cloud (SaaS) service for projects, tasks, notes, files, planning, team collaboration, reviews and AI-assisted productivity. The main features and limits of the plan you buy are shown on the plan card and at checkout.

2. Plan, period and total price

The plan, monthly or yearly billing, any trial or discount, and the final total including all taxes are shown in the order summary right before you confirm the payment.

3. Obligation to pay

Card payments are processed by iyzico. Right before you press the pay button, the checkout states that the order involves an obligation to pay, the total amount and whether it is a recurring charge.

4. Digital delivery

There is no physical delivery. When the successful payment is confirmed, the plan or digital right is activated in your account and performance of the service begins.

5. Subscription and trial

The billing frequency, first charge date, any free trial and the price after the trial are shown at checkout.

Personal Plus and Pro plans can also be bought for one month with a single payment (prepaid). A prepaid month is not a subscription: no recurring payment instruction is created, it does not renew, and the account returns to the free plan when it ends. The price and the end date are shown before payment. Debit and credit cards are accepted.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can usually withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

For digital services and digital content that start immediately, the right of withdrawal can end once performance has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right. Where this applies, checkout asks for that consent separately.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription from Settings > Plans or through support. Any amount that must be refunded by law is refunded to the payment method you used.

8. Complaints

Support and billing requests can be sent to hello@gobasey.com or hello@gobasey.com. You may also contact the consumer protection body or courts of your country of residence. EU consumers can use the European Commission's consumer dispute resources.

9. Personal data and confirmation

Account, billing and payment metadata are processed under the Privacy Policy. GoBasey does not store your full card number or CVV.

The Pre-Contract Information, Terms of Sale, Subscription & Payment Terms and Refund Policy are available before payment. The time, version and order summary of your acceptance may be stored.
