Subscription & Payment Terms
These terms apply to GoBasey paid plans and subscriptions bought on the web or PWA. The order summary shown at checkout prevails for the plan and price of that purchase.
The plan, total price including taxes, billing period, discount, trial and charge date are shown before payment.
You can end a subscription as easily as you started it, from Settings > Plans.
Card payments and supported recurring charges are processed by a licensed payment provider.

Nothing in this document limits the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live. Where those rights give you more protection, they apply.
The plan name, features, monthly or yearly billing, any campaign and the total price including all taxes are shown before you confirm the payment.
Prices are fixed per currency (TRY, USD, EUR or GBP). Your currency is chosen from the country in your billing address. Prices in Turkish lira apply to cards issued in Turkey; a Turkish-lira payment made with a card issued abroad is cancelled and refunded automatically.
The checkout order summary is part of the contract for the plan, price, discount, trial and charge dates of that purchase.
Monthly or yearly describes how often you are charged. The subscription renews at the end of each period until you cancel it.
By accepting the recurring payment terms shown at checkout, you authorise periodic charges for the subscription you chose, as supported by the payment provider.
Price changes are announced before they take effect as required by law and the contract; where required, your consent is asked again.
Card payments are processed by iyzico. GoBasey does not store your full card number or CVV.
3D Secure, card storage and recurring charges are also subject to the provider's technical and legal rules. Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
Some plans may include a free trial. The trial length, first charge date and the price after the trial are shown at checkout. If you cancel before the trial ends, no paid charge starts.
The effective date of an upgrade, downgrade or capacity change, and any proration, are shown before payment. An upgrade stays in the currency of your current subscription.
If a charge fails, it may be retried where technically supported and you may be notified. If payment keeps failing, paid features may be limited or the account moved to the free plan.
You can cancel from Settings > Plans or through support. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. For business customers, unless mandatory law or a written agreement says otherwise, past periods are not refunded.
Personal Plus and Pro plans can also be bought for one month with a single payment (prepaid). A prepaid month is not a subscription: no recurring payment instruction is created, it does not renew, and the account returns to the free plan when it ends. The price and the end date are shown before payment. Debit and credit cards are accepted.
